I support both individuals and couples with problematic relational patterns, causing disconnection and distress. If life experiences feel overwhelming, or your relationship is unhappy or in crisis, my role as a therapist is to help you make sense of the past and explore how these challenges contribute to current day emotional reactions and insecurities in personal or professional relationships. This awareness, along with our work together, will be a catalyst for change and motivate you to feel more alive and hopeful in the present and encourage you to experience less fear of the future.
I use evidence-based therapeutic modalities, tailored to meet your needs. With couples, I lean on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which draws on attachment theory to stabilize the self and your relationship. Our work will help illuminate the negative ‘dance’ couples may fall into and change negative relational patterns which cause distress.
I invite you to reach out and acknowledge it takes courage to do so. If you are curious or have questions, please contact me via email to schedule a free consultation to determine if we are the right fit for each other. The therapeutic connection has a vital role in the overall impact of healing and change. Right now, I am seeing clients virtually.
