I hold a Masters of Clinical Psychology from the University of South Wales and a Masters of Counselling from Yorkville University. While my work stems from various frameworks including a trauma-focused approach to EMDR, DBT, ACT and Narrative therapy, our work would be something specific and unique to your situation and preferences. My areas of interest are mood (anxiety, stress), attachment, grief, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. I have advanced trainings and specialize in trauma.
