My approach to therapy is humanistic in nature, which is a mental health approach that emphasizes the importance of being your true self in order to lead your most fulfilling life. I invite you to unwind in a safe space, process your story, express your feelings, and make clear actionable plans for your health and wellness.
I use a holistic approach that goes beyond only focusing on the mind, but also pays attention to the messages of the body, and 'soul'. I believe that they are all connected, and if we can facilitate communication between the three parts we can lead a healthier and more authentic life. I provide a trauma-informed and harm reduction lens free of any judgements
