Life can be a struggle sometimes. If you've been been standing in the same place for far too long, some new insights and strategies could be required to move forward. I help clients come to a new understanding about themselves and develop a plan to become empowered in personal or work relationships, to replace destructive coping habits with healthy ones, and to transform anxiety and fear into confidence. I believe everyone has the inner resources to become their authentic selves and step into their power.
I am a relational therapist with a depth-oriented perspective on exploration while drawing on strength-building tools with your intentions for therapy in mind. I also offer hypnosis; research demonstrates that integrating hypnosis with cognitive therapies will expedite a good outcome therapeutic outcome. Hypnosis can be done virtually or in-person.
I provide a non-judgemental therapy space for you to transcend what is no longer working for you and build yourself up. This can happen virtually through an encrypted portal that ensures the confidentiality of our work, or in-person at the Village Healing Center in the West End of Toronto.
