I use client-centered, culturally-sensitive, & trauma-informed approaches, blending techniques from somatic therapy, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, & SFT. My integrative approach tailors therapy to your needs, creating a supportive space where you feel understood & empowered. You'll pay fees directly and then I'll provide a receipt. If you're covered by insurance, you may submit that receipt and claim the allowed portion covered by your insurance plan. Prior to starting therapy, it's always best to check with your insurance provider and get details on your coverage.
