I work with parents to help them reconnect with themselves, get unstuck from tricky thoughts that get in the way, and move towards what's most important to them. I provide a supportive, nonjudgemental space for you to explore your feelings, challenges, and emotional blocks that may arise in your unique journey in parenthood. Using evidence-based approaches, we can help you regain confidence in your abilities as a parent and find ways to connect with yourself and your child in a curious, compassionate way.
