The Somatic Journey Workshop

This is an educational and experiential workshop designed for women who can get caught up in intense emotions and react quickly. This workshop is for you if you want to learn how to begin to process emotions and learn how to respond in more mindful ways. The workshop is being held Saturday, October 5th from 10am-12pm at a convenient Monmouth County location.
