I believe clients have the inherent ability to create change. It takes courage to step forth and request support which leads to strength and a desire to create new ways of being. Through a meaningful and collaborative therapeutic relationship, I provide a safe and inclusive space for clients to grow and reach their desired potential and authentic self. I provide support to individuals/families that are experiencing challenges within their lives (i.e., gender diverse clients, dysphoria, sexual orientation, anxiety, depression, internalized homophobia/transphobia, coming to terms/coming out, trauma, self-harming, suicidal ideation).
I excel at assisting gender diverse clients, dysphoria, sexual orientation. For 14 years, 98% of my caseload has been LGBTQ2S+ I work collaboratively to navigate systems & refer clients to gender psychiatrists/endocrinologists (re: hormonal treatment). I have efficiently supported over 25 000 clients with their gender transitions & reaching authenticity.
If you intuitively feel like my bio/specialization may suit your needs, I encourage you to reach out. I am here to support you and will genuinely/comprehensively care for you and your desired goals. It would be my pleasure to spend time collaboratively working alongside you to determine our focus in therapy and create the change you are searching for.
