We all face difficult times in our lives. I believe, however, that we have the strength to meet these challenges head on, overcome our blocks, and ultimately benefit from these opportunities for growth. Of course, we may not always be able to see our way through these times on our own. A collaborative therapeutic relationship established in a safe and supportive environment can allow us to unlock the strength and resiliency we all carry within us.
My practice approach is client-centred, collaborative, and strength-based. It is grounded in respect for diversity and the unique qualities we all bring to counselling. I have experience working cross-culturally and believe that our cultural identities greatly inform how we live our lives and the strengths we can bring to making positive change.
I am passionate about helping individuals and couples recognize their inner strength and working together to implement strategies that encourage insight, wellness, and growth.
