Welcome! Thanks for stoping by! You must have read tons of therapists' profiles before getting to me. I know, I know you must be saying to yourself...why does this AMAZING therapist name end in "S." I blame my parents but that's neither here nor there...you made it here and I'm so glad you are going to read my page. I have a passion for working with my clients in a collaborative way to bring forth their inner strengths and resilience.
I believe in having a safe place for my clients to be able to get healing, compassion and understanding for why they feel stuck in patterns that aren't working for them. I hold a masters degree in Marriage and Family therapy and enjoy working with families, couples, and individuals. My passion is couples work to hold space for their transformation & healing.
I have clinical experience with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, parent-child conflict, couple/relationship difficulties, and trauma. I work from an eclectic approach with my main focus being body focused psychotherapy and mindfulness. I'm also a supervisor of registered provisional psychologists and I'm not accepting provisionals at this time.
