I have diverse experience providing therapy at the inpatient, outpatient, and intensive outpatient levels of care. This has shaped my eclectic counseling approach, including exposure response prevention (ERP), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and inference-based cognitive behavioral therapy (I-CBT).
