From a young age, I have always been passionate about helping others. My passion for people and connection led me to earning a degree in counseling. My journey was greatly impacted when I was personally diagnosed with cancer. Determined to help others see the same hope and healing, I wanted to use my experience to bring someone else out of their own darkness.
I utilize a person-centered, solution-focused approach of therapy to encourage and foster growth with my clients. Through this lens, I specialize in young adults. I strive to provide a warm, inviting, and authentic environment that welcomes vulnerability and empowerment.
