For women/Moms: I do individual & family counseling. I help with parenting, self-worth, mom guilt, anxiety, & overwhelm. For men: I work to help men better their family relationships. I see men for individual counseling & marriage/parenting help. For women facing infertility, I offer support to women as they navigate the grief & uncertainty of infertility.

Beyond focusing on women’s health & parenting, I also specialize in Autism & A.D.H.D. I work with kids/youth facing a variety of challenges. As a former foster mom, I have encountered various personalities & behaviors, equipping me to help families find hope & create lasting change. My goal is to promote emotional maturity long after therapy ends.
