Some struggle to sleep well at night, or experience medically unexplained gastrointestinal issues and headaches. At Rise Up, we treat anxiety so that you can choose your future. During anxiety treatment, you will find ways to engage in life so that you can pursue your hopes and dreams.
Together, we’ll identify the problem and the strengths and skills needed for the solution. I work with children, teens, adults, and parents to transform the voice of their anxiety and find new ways of responding to it. Depending on my client’s needs, I use a variety of different techniques including CBT, play, expressive arts, and behavioral tracking.
My clients learn when and how anxiety shows up and how to handle it so that they are in control of their lives. At Rise Up, we specialize in treating anxiety.
