My experience in the field includes many years providing treatment to children, adolescents and adults. I have clinical management experience and has overseen outpatient therapy, children's in-home support, targeted children's case management, community integration services and BHH.
Rise Up offers traditional treatment approaches including CBT, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy as well as play therapy, expressive art and sand tray methods. Our clients gain from treatment an ability to manage anxiety and stress, increased confidence and self esteem as well as practice creating and meeting goals.
