Having worked in a variety of roles with differing ages and populations, I have a diverse range of experience to draw from. Through time spent supporting people seeking crisis stabilization, I have a specific passion for working with people struggling with anxiety.
I have learned that compassion, empathy and unconditional positive regard are invaluable and often not afforded to those who need it most. Using a combination of modalities ranging from CBT to mindfulness, I take care getting to know my clients, providing treatment and support that best suits them and their unique needs.
