As a counselor, I believe in the power of relationship and connection. Sometimes we get lost in seasons of disconnection - finding ourselves stuck in the same patterns that end in hurt, longing for meaningful relationships that somehow feel out of reach, or wrestling with who we are and what we want out of life. Many of us have lived through experiences in the past or are dealing with challenges in the present that leave us feeling exhausted and alone.
If any of this sounds familiar, I would be honored to meet you in these difficult places. I value the process of building connection with curiosity and care as we work together to find creative coping skills that fit your lifestyle, to help you discover your own answers, and to find acceptance in some of life's unknowns.
