Life throws unexpected curves that come out of nowhere and leave us feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, and disconnected from ourselves, others, and the world around us. Regardless of where you are in life, my goal is to provide a space where you can feel understood, supported, & empowered. While it may be tempting to delay starting therapy, the first steps are easier than you realize. I can help you explore difficult emotions, strengthen relationships with yourself and others, and develop healthy communication skills, boundaries, and coping skills.

I believe effective therapy is rooted in the genuine and collaborative relationship between client and therapist. I work from an integrative person centered focus that is trauma-informed and draws from attachment, emotion-focused, mindfulness, EMDR, and psychodynamic theories to provide personalized therapy to meet your unique needs.

I am accepting new clients and offer individual counseling to teens, young adults, and women. Whatever your reason for seeking out therapy, I would love to journey alongside you and help you move from a place of survival to thriving.

Shoulder 2 Shoulder: Support Group for Educators

A processing and support group for classroom teachers, specialists, school counselors, long-term substitute teachers, and staff currently working in a school setting. We will explore topics including assertiveness, boundary setting, mindfulness, self-compassion, and soul maintenance. We are currently enrolling for our 2024 session beginning October 3, 2024. The group meets online on the 1st Thursday of the month from 4:30-5:30 PM. The cost is $18 a month, paid in advance.

A Place to Thrive: Young Adult Womens Group

Created for young women longing for genuine connection with themselves and others. If you are looking for a place to feel accepted and understood, where it is safe to be unapologetically authentically you, then Thrive is for you. Join us twice a month to connect with other young women, better understand yourself, & develop skills to help you thrive in all areas of your life. The group is limited to 8-10 people. Open to young adult women aged 18-26. Cost is $35 a month. New session beginning 09/12/24. Please reach out to Kristin with your questions.
