Life is full of hurt, disappointment, and brokenness. Even in the midst of difficulty, we often long for a sense of joy, hope, belonging, healing, and peace. Things like anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and relational conflict can leave deep wounds and a sense of hopelessness. While there is often never a way to "fix" everything that's broken in our lives, I am a firm believer that healing and restoration is possible and counseling is a wonderful tool to move towards healing and a sense of wholeness.
I enjoy working with women going through transitions, moms navigating the perinatal period & postpartum, and Christians who are struggling to live out their faith while facing the challenges of everyday life.
