My belief is that each case is unique and that my treatment should reflect that truth. Thus, although I practice from a systemic lens, I utilize a multimodal approach in the therapy room. While my roots are heavily in modalities such as Narrative, Internal Family Systems and Emotions Focused Therapy, I do my best to tailor treatment to meet your needs
