My passion is supporting individuals and couples wrestling with life stressors, relational difficulties, grief, family dynamics, or trauma. Maybe you are in a life transition, feeling alone and lost. Maybe you don’t feel connected to those around you. Maybe the past haunts you and you’re just not sure how to overcome it. We’ve all experienced one challenge or another (I know. I’m human, too). I am someone who accepts you where you’re at, pours out empathy, loves to laugh, challenges growth, and understands you’re the expert of your life. My goal is to provide a safe space and the skills for you to break the cycles that are keeping you from meaningful relationships. I practice through an attachment-based, emotion focused, and humanistic lens.
