Everyone needs to recharge their batteries and therapy is a great place to plug in! You’ve already taken that first step by exploring your options for a therapist to fit your needs. Processing life’s difficulties promotes healing and increases your strength and resilience. I believe you have many strengths and I strive to assist you in discovering your power and potential while you build confidence and experience growth. Together, we can navigate through those areas where you may feel stuck or alone. My goal is to help each person who enters this space to feel safe, valued, and cared for.
I enjoy working with individuals ages 12 and up regarding a variety of issues. I have over 20 years of experience working in the mental health and social work fields. My passion is working with teens experiencing behavioral problems and First Responders/Veterans/Social Workers and their families dealing with secondary trauma and PTSD.
You don’t have to be alone in your journey and I would love to partner with you on your path to healing. Your story deserves to be heard and validated and it is an honor to provide you with a safe space to tell it! I will challenge and support you while showing compassion and care. You matter! Let’s see if we’re a good match!
