My desire is to help you develop greater self awareness and feel more equipped when navigating the challenges of life. I take an integrative approach and weave CBT, mindfulness practices and somatic techniques with other orientations. In addition, I am working towards my certification in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International.
My role as therapist is to serve as your companion as you embark on this journey of self-discovery. I see you as the expert of your own life and my role is to accompany you through this process. I provide a warm, compassionate and judgement free space.
