Welcome! I provide holistic therapy for young adults, college students, and recent graduates. My style is warm and conversational, with a commitment to understanding you as a whole person. I combine elements of traditional talk therapy with somatic (body-oriented) techniques that are particularly effective for people who understand their behavior on an intellectual level but continue to feel stuck, or have reached a plateau with talk therapy alone.
I firmly believe therapy is most effective when there is a genuine bond between client and therapist.
