I believe that taking a look inward requires vulnerability and bravery. With more than 10 years of experience in Israel and in California, I am passionate about helping my clients and their family to overcome struggles and move towards well-being, flexibility, balance, and fulfillment in life. I use integrative approach of CBT, Psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), & Child centered, tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. For OCD I use Inference-Based CBT which does not need exposures. I use EFT for Couples therapy. Specialties include working with individuals, couples, & child. My practice is inclusive and I welcome all.
