Life has bumps in the road, and the distress we feel often makes sense within the context of the circumstances we face. My goal, as a licensed marriage and family therapist, is to help individuals, couples, and families identify underlying factors contributing to distress, and to experience healing and peace amid life’s challenges.
I offer couples’ therapy (pre-marital, communication, and infidelity), family therapy (children, adolescents, blended families, etc.), and individual therapy (anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, and trauma). I also offer group therapy for chronic illness, trauma, and couples.
My hope is that therapy can initiate a healing process to reshape painful narratives and facilitate a more peaceful and fulfilling life. I do have openings for group therapy focused on chronic illness/chronic pain.)
