So here it is: I truly use a whole body approach to support you in coming home to yourself. I want to help you feel your way into healing, not think it. I am not a check-list therapist. Too many therapists bring you to baseline and then fall out. New, healthier patterns have to be established, for healing to transcend. "The New Masculinity" A Men's Group

This is a group for male identifying and/ore presenting individuals. This is a safe, inclusive space for males to 1) experience community 2) build connections 3) discuss topics related to toxic masculinity/breaking down barriers to receiving care and 4) Just not feel so alone! This group will be maxed at 8 individuals so as to maintain group quality and intimacy. Our first date is 6/17! Join Us!
