I offer medication management, psychotherapy, and executive skills function training. I specialize in the care of clients with autoimmune conditions supporting clients in understanding the relationship between their chronic condition and mental health. Other focus areas include ADHD/ rejection sensitivity dysphoria and trauma.
I view my work as that of a facilitator and work hard to build a trusting, nonjudgmental environment. I understand that medication alone is never the answer and that all modalities, including complementary/ alternative medicine, have value. We work together to identify your needs, desired outcomes, and develop the right treatment interventions for you.
