I work with gender diverse, LGBTQ+ people, and others who struggle with social anxiety, supporting you to create satisfying relationships and experience life with greater confidence and belonging. In a world without adequate role models or people who mirror our self-expression, we often feel like we don’t fit in, we’re not enough, or we’re too much. Anxious thoughts about lack of acceptance can be overwhelming and isolating. Therapy with me offers space to realign with your deepest self and who you want to be in your relationships. I will work collaboratively with you to understand your challenges and connect to the wisdom within.

As a transgender man myself, I know the importance of working toward acceptance internally to manifest it externally. I will help you anchor into your personal truths and strengths, leading to fulfilling relationships and greater richness in life. I strive to offer healing insight and perspectives, helping you expand your comfort zone with a sense of safety.

I offer expertise in social anxiety, mindfulness, relationships, and 10 years’ experience working with gender diverse and LGBTQ+ people at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and Northwestern University. I am a psychological associate working under the supervision of Dr. Bryce McDavitt. I look forward to connecting with you!

Transcendence: Trans Adult Process Group

This therapy group focuses on creating more fulfilling relationships and more empowered lives through connecting deeply, being seen, and healing together. We use a talking circle format (like passing a microphone, so one person talks at a time) to create space for intentional sharing and meaningful listening. The group is led by a trans-identified therapist who’s facilitated healing and trans-affirming circles for 15 years and supported hundreds of trans folks on their journeys. Note: This group is not currently meeting, but please contact me if you're interested in participating in the future.
