I am a Clinical Psychologist who works with people medium to long term to live life with more freedom, meaning, depth, and peace. I work with people from diverse backgrounds who have varied concerns that bring them to psychotherapy: including young adults, parents, professionals, entrepreneurs, and older people. I've been in practice 15+ years and have extensive clinical experience in addition to teaching, writing, and lecturing in academia. I also supervise post-doc psychologists and other clinicians to help them hone their craft. I'd be happy to see if I can be helpful, and if I cannot, connect you with a trusted colleague.

I practice psychoanalytic psychotherapy, an empirically validated treatment focusing on our inner life, seeking to understand how and why we feel and behave the way we do, how to live life with more intention and agency, handle our emotional life with more ease, and improve our ability to be in relationships with others.

I offer a free initial consultation so that I can learn about what you need/want in therapy, whether or not I think I might be able to help, and if the pairing feels like a good fit for us both. If I'm unable to help, I'm happy to provide a referral to someone who I think can. I have a wide network of referrals if I think someone else would be better suited.
