When collaborating with clients on their therapy goals, I see through lenses of trauma, relational connections to others, and how the brain and body work together. You do not have to share all of the details of hurtful experiences through the therapies that I use.
I integrate evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches that make tangible, transformational change. I am EMDR trained & IFS Informed. My own grief and therapy journey, as well as eight years working with trafficking survivors led me here. I offer discounted rates for self-pay, trafficking survivors, nonprofit workers, public servants, and teachers.
