Hello! I am so glad you are here! Seeking support for the struggles you are going through takes immense courage, and I would love to be able to help you in this process. I specialize in assisting adults, couples, and children as they begin to address the challenges they are experiencing in their lives. Through the counseling process, we will address these life concerns by exploring and expanding upon your unique identity and story, as well as the relationships with yourself and key others in your life. My goal is to work with you to develop powerful relational resources to support you even after counseling has ended.

I work from a humanistic, trauma-informed, and attachment-focused lens to prioritize the uniqueness and lived experience of each individual I work with. We will work together, utilizing the strengths you already possess, to explore practical approaches to developing healthier relationships and experiences that lead to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
