As a trauma-informed counselor, I focus on supporting adults and adolescents through various challenges including depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, identity exploration, life transitions, and stress/burnout. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and informed in Internal Family Systems (IFS). By integrating elements of EMDR, IFS, and behavioral techniques, I tailor therapy to meet each client's unique needs and goals. Additionally, I value using creative expressive modalities and have specialized training Sandtray Therapy.
