Shoulder 2 Shoulder: Support Group for Educators
A processing and support group for classroom teachers, specialists, school counselors, long-term substitute teachers, and staff currently working in a school setting. We will explore topics including assertiveness, boundary setting, mindfulness, self-compassion, and soul maintenance. We are currently enrolling for our 2024 session beginning October 3, 2024. The group meets online on the 1st Thursday of the month from 4:30-5:30 PM. The cost is $18 a month, paid in advance.

A Place to Thrive: Young Adult Womens Group
Created for young women longing for genuine connection with themselves and others. If you are looking for a place to feel accepted and understood, where it is safe to be unapologetically authentically you, then Thrive is for you. Join us twice a month to connect with other young women, better understand yourself, & develop skills to help you thrive in all areas of your life. The group is limited to 8-10 people.
