Hi, I’m so happy you are here and doing something just for YOU and your mental health! I support teens and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral concerns, and self-acceptance. I value helping folks learn how to rewrite their stories by discovering their purpose, strengths, and skills to help them reapproach their relationship with their painful experiences. All are welcome here! In this space, I invite folks to show up as their authentic self in a place of acceptance and safety for all. That being said, my office is LGBTQIA2S+, size-inclusive, and culturally accepting.
My graduate training and professional experience focused on assisting adolescents and adults with processing trauma, behavioral health management, crisis stabilization, and relational skills. I use experiential therapeutic activities such as art, play, and movement with talk therapy to make sessions active and engaging.
