I help clients shift their negative inner voice and develop greater self-acceptance so they can walk through life with more confidence.
I also offer Brainspotting and Somatic therapy to process trauma, and help you regulate your nervous system. I'm a queer therapist and love supporting LGBTQ, poly clients, and people with marginalized identities. I also provide gender affirmative therapy and support for surgeries and hormone treatment.
