A cycle of anxiety and depression is hard to battle alone. With my help you will learn skills to combat anxiety and depression, to stop the negative self talk, and to work through past traumas. Along the way you will gain confidence, build healthy relationships, and live a more fulfilling life.

I offer Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, Psychodynamic therapy, and Strength Based therapy. You and I will develop a treatment plan together that will address your goals for therapy. CPT is an intensive therapy for past traumas, please inquire for more information.
