I work with both both children and adults in my practice and have spent the past 10 years specializing in treating depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns in children, and trauma/PTSD using evidence-based treatments. Clients have described me as straight-forward as well as taking the time to understand their experience.

I believe that a strong relationship is an essential part of therapy and value each person's expertise on their own life. My hope is that we can determine together your goals and that I can provide the knowledge of how to achieve them.
