I have been counseling children, youth and adults since 2016. I love to work with adults of any age with various concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues and grief. I am a Child Mental Health Specialist and have received extensive training on depression, anxiety and trauma for children, youth and young adults.
My focus is to build safety and trust with you so that I can walk alongside you as you pursue healing. I work with you to see how I can best meet your needs and empower you to make changes. I take a holistic approach to healing, focusing on emotions as well as interpersonal, relational, physical and spiritual aspects to one's life as one finds helpful.
