As the world turns on, it can be difficult to find the time to understand how life's ups and downs impact how we show up for ourselves and others every day. Therapy is a great way to broaden this understanding.

I'm a very relational, client-centered therapist who values collaboration with clients. I also utilize therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems (Parts Work), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
