Welcome to Shoreline Counseling. As a licensed therapist and clinical supervisor, I specialize in relationship therapy for those struggling with connection and communication. I also work with many individual patients seeking to improve their relationship with themselves. We explore past experiences and current challenges with a collaborative approach inviting increased self-awareness and insight. I am wholeheartedly supportive and curious in sessions. In truth, I genuinely look forward to seeing my patients each week to provide them a space to exhale.
I am a trained Gottman relationship therapist used for couples therapy. For individual sessions, I utilize an eclectic approach based on my patient’s needs. In particular, I draw in Internal Family Systems parts work. I am offering primarily Telehealth at this time. I do also have a limited at-home concierge service detailed on my website.
Many people are looking for a place to unpack with someone who is genuinely curious and engaged…wanting to find clarity and understanding to create growth. I provide that space for exploration.
