I will help you with positive coping strategies and engage in problem solving. I have experience with birth to five, children, youth, and families. I have treated clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment concerns, grief and loss, and relation difficulties. I am available on weekends and evenings.
I utilize various approaches such as systems based, CBT, strength-based, and attachment. I am trained in providing services for birth to five clients as well as for their families. I am trained in evidence-based practices such as Second Step (social-emotional curriculum) and FOCUS (Families overcoming Under stress).
It is important to me to build a strong rapport. My goal is to empower others to understand themselves deeply & help them navigate through their various challenges. I hope to continue to advocate for the BIPOC community & help others have access to mental health. I understand that therapy is a big step and I thank you for trusting me in this process.
