I work with clients to create healthy, lifelong coping skills and release unwanted burdens from their lives. I will help you cut out the toxic individuals in your life and build rock-solid boundaries to keep ‘em out.
I approach therapy as a collaborative process with my clients and give them a safe, welcoming space to release unwanted stress. I believe in bringing a positive, supportive energy to sessions with my clients because what’s more sad than a sad therapist?
