I have specialized experience working with individuals, families, and couples impacted by ADHD, Autism, and PTSD. I use modalities like EFT, ACT, IFS, Polyvagal, and Somatic Experiencing to increase resiliency, improve communication strategies, and help clients manage stress. I am licensed to provide therapy for those located in Illinois and North Carolina.
