I have a passion for working with adolescents, children, and young adults with various stressors in their lives. I have a school background so I can help navigate those systems. I enjoy working with clients who wants to work on their mindfulness techniques as it relates to anxiety and depression. I also have background and experience in working with students who are on the Autism Spectrum.
I promoted multiple methods of intervention including mindfulness, CBT and DBT strategies as well as looking holistically at their mental health. This could include looking at movement or other health-related concepts. I work with client's systems to promote change and compassion.
A person's challenges and struggles are those to be validated but with work and support, they can be overcome. My goal with clients is to promote competency and resiliency. I always look forward to working with and getting to know new clients!
