I specialize in helping women reclaim identity and empowerment after developmental and/or shock trauma. My goal is to help clients find greater congruence and meaning in their lives. I will assist you in creating greater internal space through mindful awareness of somatic sensations, understanding the unconscious forces impacting daily life, and integrating them so that you can find higher self-worth and greater aliveness!

I help people heal through evidence-based somatic modalities, so that you can find relief and transformation. These right-brained modalities get to the root of the problem and create real and lasting relief. I also incorporate psychoeducation on the neuroscience of trauma healing and polyvagal theory so you can understand what’s happening inside.

I have a perceptive and empathic manner, and establish deep rapport with clients quickly! Clients tell me they feel safe, seen, and understood through the therapy we do together.
