My name is Robyn, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona and Colorado. I am located in Arizona where I offer in person or virtual sessions and offer virtual sessions to those in Colorado. I have been in the field since 2012. I have experience working in a variety of environments, populations, and diagnoses. I currently work with adults who are recovering from trauma (PTSD, CPTSD, attachment wounding) and experience anxiety, depression, panic, relationship issues, and adjustment issues. My approach to therapy is holistic and focuses on treating the mind, body, and spirit.
I am deeply passionate about treating trauma through integration of psychedelic experiences (MAPS trained/PAT trained) using IFS. I can offer Ketamine assisted/IFS psychotherapy. I also enjoy helping those who suffer from diagnosed/undiagnosed chronic illness find healing through recognizing & understanding the impact of trauma on the whole person.
I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS, level 1), yoga/meditation/breath work (YTT 200), & biofeedback as tools to help us reach your wellness goals. Biofeedback is an advanced electro-physiological device that aids in the reduction of stress in the body. This device offers instant relief to the HPA & is used in conjunction w/ IFS. I work with clients 18+.
