I am currently accepting new clients for both telehealth and in-person. I provide a safe and accepting place for you to heal, build resiliency, and begin to live again. I am experienced in PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, dissociation, self-esteem issues and stress management. I offer a wide range of treatments to fit your needs including EMDR and IFS parts work.
I incorporate an integrated approach that includes being trauma-informed, person-centered, open-minded, and non-judgmental. I am an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) certified therapist and Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained.
I believe working together on a collaborative approach tailored to your needs is best. I provide a safe place for you to begin to heal at your pace while learning how to cope with those feelings. I have had my own journey of healing from trauma and know that it is possible to heal and live a fulfilling life.
