This group will provide a safe and low pressure space for members to share information and experiences with other people who understand. We welcome anyone who wants to alleviate anxiety, stress, and learn to better cope during their journey. The group will incorporate a person-centered approach to cater to each client's emotional needs. In the group, we will explore different avenues of self care and emotional regulation through open dialogue. Sessions will be on zoom.

Addiction Support Group For Families and Peers
The impact of addiction goes farther beyond the individuals who struggle with maintaining sobriety. We welcome all family members, partners, and friends of those struggling with addiction. This group will provide a space for members to seek support while navigating the challenges of having a family member, friend, or partner in the midst of addiction or treatment. We welcome anyone who wants to improve coping, communication skills, or alleviate anxiety and stress. We will explore different avenues of self-care and social support, while also building positive communication skills through collaboration and motivational interviewing and open discussion between members.
