Cancer Support Group
Cancer can be taxing on a physical, mental, and emotional level. We welcome all individuals who are coping with or recovering from cancer. This group will provide a safe and low pressure space for members to share information and experiences with other people who understand. We welcome anyone who wants to alleviate anxiety, stress, and learn to better cope during their journey. The group will incorporate a person-centered approach to cater to each client's emotional needs. In the group, we will explore different avenues of self care and emotional regulation through open dialogue. Sessions will be on zoom.

We welcome anyone who wants to improve coping, communication skills, or alleviate anxiety and stress.
